- 10ml Orange Curacao
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Orgeat
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with lime.

- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Ginger Beer
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled highball and garnish with berries.

- 20ml Fresh Lime
- 25ml Agave Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball, top with ginger beer and garnish with orange.

- 45ml Sawai Rum
- 15ml Amaro CioCiaro
- 15ml Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur
- 7ml Cherry Heering
- 2 dashes Bitterman's Xocolati Mole Bitters
- 3 Dashes Rose Water
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice until silky cold. Strain into a coupe and mist with rose water.

- 5ml Noily Pratt
- 15ml Pedro Ximenez
- 2 Dash orange Bitters
