  • 50ml Sawai Rum
  • 10ml Orange Curacao
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Orgeat
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with lime.

  • 20ml Sloeberry Gin
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Ginger Beer

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled highball and garnish with berries.

  • 20ml Fresh Lemon
  • 20ml Fresh Lime
  • 25ml Agave Syrup

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball, top with ginger beer and garnish with orange.

  • 15ml Amaro CioCiaro
  • 15ml Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur
  • 7ml Cherry Heering
  • 2 dashes Bitterman's Xocolati Mole Bitters
  • 3 Dashes Rose Water

Instructions

Stir all ingredients with ice until silky cold. Strain into a coupe and mist with rose water.
